I am digging into the obscurities box now and dragging out a dusty LP by the largely unknown SPEED LIMIT ensemble that first started out in the early 70s as the Bourbon Family before they signed a deal with Giorgio Moroder and released the single Bump The Twist on his Oasis label in 1976. The Cruisin' album followed in 1977 with the single Love Fever, but it did not sell. The group signed with Hansa International for a 1980 single which equally sank without a notice.
