Released November 18, 2020 'Afternoon De Luz' is the ninth studio album by Chain Sherlock, recorded in November at Emerald Studios in Saint Paul, Minnesota.



The Story Of Luz



Office worker and married Midwestern woman Luz is pregnant again and is contemplating leaving her office job at the sex agency as well as her English professor husband Federico to go on a private vacation to be alone with nature.



Upon arrival in Alexandria she pauses for a moment for reflection when an old friend Paul Bunyan, who although homeless and hungry, consoles her weary heart as they spend the weekend together visiting local landmarks and nature parks and chopping wood.



Paul gets aggressive after calling her babe so Luz tells him she is married, pregnant and he is making her uncomfortable. As the two make amends at a local statue she quickly leaves him, her husband and child to be alone as she gives birth to become a single mother up north in Canada.
