Asal nama kumpulan XPDC adalah Tragedy yang dianggotai oleh Mael (vokalis) Izo gitaris), Man Tobey (bass) dan Yazid (dram). Atas nasihat arwah JS Kevin, nama itu telah ditukar kepada Ekspedisi dan dipendekkan kepada XPDC oleh Hup Hup Sdn Bhd ( Life Records) .Kumpulan XPDC adalah sebuah kugiran ikon heavy metal di Malaysia. Kumpulan XPDC mula mencipta nama dengan lagu \"C.I.N.T.A\" ciptaan Z.N. Kevin dan lirik oleh J.S.Kevin dari album Darjah Satu. Lagu tersebut pernah ke final Juara Lagu 1990 dengan persembahan mantap XPDC.

About Artist:



The original name of the XPDC group is Tragedy consists of Mael (vocalist) Izo (guitarist), Man Tobey (bass) and Yazid (drum). On the advice of JS Kevin, the name was changed to Expeditions and shortened to XPDC by Hup Hup Sdn Bhd (Life Records). XPDC Group is a heavy metal icon band in Malaysia and popular with the song \"C.I.N.T.A\" written by Z.N. Kevin and lyrics by J.S.Kevin from Darjah Satu album. The song has been to the final of the Anugerah Juara Lagu 1990 .
