Dave & Stephen were in The Subterranean Hawks together from 1979-81. Nikki Sudden & Dave Kusworth formed the Jacobites in 1983, going on to make two brilliant albums, 'Jacobites' and 'Robespierre’s Velvet Basement', for Glass Records between 1983-1986, the latter reaching No. 1 in the German Independent Charts.
