In July of 1929 Edison finally began producing Flat disc Electrically produced "Needle Type" records. These were his last gasp at trying to save his Record business before completely curtailing record production later that year. Here is Mel Morris and his Piccadilly Players, playing "Tip-Toe thru the tulips with me" with vocal by Phil Dewey" on the "Popular" 14000 series. The Victrola is an original 1925 Orthophonic "Credenza" model.
