\"Live at Eindhoven\" fue editado el 8 de Octubre de 1987 solo en vinilo y cassette. Aunque el EP en directo nunca fue editado en CD, una versión remasterizada de \"Live at Eindhoven\", que presenta toda la actuación de TESTAMENT, con diferentes portadas, fue lanzada en CD en 2009 bajo el título \"Live at Eindhoven '87\".

El álbum fue grabado en el Dynamo Open Air, Holanda, el 8 de junio de 1987.
