Hi Everyone Here's Something A Little Different, I Found This Old Disc About 14 Years Ago In An Old Junk Shop On A Day Trip To Ramsgate In England And That's All I Can Tell You About It Really, There Is No Artist Credits On It Or Date But By The Sounds Of It I Would Say It's VERY OLD! If Anyone Has Any Ideas As To Who Is Singing It Or Age I Would Love To Know Please. It Sounds Like A Young Charles Penrose To Me Who Sang The Laughing Policeman But Who Knows? The Disc Is A 5 Inch 78 RPM On The Bell Label And It Says It Was Made At The Edison Bellworks In London
