It's been a little under a year, and we're still in the midst of a pandemic. Once again, this was a large impetus behind this album, but more so certain other goings-on, be they local or global. A couple of these songs were written a couple years ago, but they have found a home here in their relevance.
This album is a lot more guitar-driven overall, and also features more analogue synthesis, courtesy of Korg and their wonderful little boxes (especially on \"FFS\" and \"FFS [slight return]\"), as well as a 1968 Farfisa Fast 5 transistor organ (\"Humdrum\").
All songs written, arranged, sequenced, performed & produced by Itoarazi.
Recorded at the Repository and the Vantage Point, Worcester, MA
This album is dedicated to Daft Punk (1993-2021), a group whose very existence opened me up to the wonders of electronic music and musical synthesis. Merci pour toute la musique et juste pour être...vous.
