BIOGRAPHY
KORYPHEUS is a hard rock unit from Kyiv, Ukraine, formed in 2016 by frontman Andrey (Andy) Gushin. Their lineup features Andy Gushin on lead vocals, Sergey Sershen on lead guitar (ex-Morton), Alex Shturmak on bass (ex-Morton) and Dmitriy Kim on drums (ex-Jinjer).
After two years of composition, live shows and two single releases, December 2018 saw Korypheus unleash their debut EP «Blessed» to the world, a powerful progressive-rock composition riddled with riffs and piercing melodies, and in such a short time have grabbed the ears and attention of music fans worldwide through relentless self-promotion and determination, resulting in the worldwide signing to Metal Music Bookings and Management, all the while working on their second album «Dyatlov Pass» at the famous Ukrainian Revet Sound Studio.
