Just as with Pursuit, I will cover the finer details in a separate commentary video which I'll record shortly after this is uploaded. The Depths was my attempt as polishing up the aspirations of Pursuit into a tighter, more complete package. The biggest issue I personally had with the debut record was its lack of overall direction, which was something I constantly aimed to achieve with its successor. The finished product turned out to be over an hour of conceptual, progressive, and heavy music - with the same ingredients that went into Pursuit in a much more polished and refined shell (or at least I hope so).
