Discordance Axis was a killer US grindcore band from New Jersey that acted from 1992 until 2001. Plutocracy is a grind band from Atherton, California that was formed in 1988. They split up in 1993 but reformed in 1998 and are still active.

Released on 7\" vinyl in 1995 by Slap A Ham Records.
