#CityofDawn #JonathanFraser #Mizpah

Collaboration album between Jonathan Fraser & City Of Dawn. This album represents a deep emotional bond between people, especially those separated by distance or death, as what the word Mizpah means. Each of these tracks shows a different variety of genres including Ambient, Drone, Neo-Classical, and Post-Rock as it conveys raw emotions. The compositions were all written during Christmas of 2018 through the early spring of 2020. It all came about when Damien traveled to California during Christmas week 2018 to meet up with a family member, and during that time, he met up with his friend Jonathan Fraser for the first time, and did a jam session which can be seen here https://bit.ly/3d89piU

Since both had a mutual music connection together, they had an idea of doing a collaboration album. These two wanted to create this album to represent grief, sorrow, and the inner struggle of mental illness and coping with the world living as Autistic individuals. The titles of the songs are words found in a biblical study website filled with hebrew terminology but give a beautiful meaning.
