Gravado de agosto de 2019 a fevereiro de 2020, Sick and Insane tem como tema os vícios humanos, relacionamentos, idolatrias, pós-vida e o caminho autodestrutivo da sociedade. Com um longo período de pré-produção o álbum mostra o que cada membro tinha a oferecer no momento com suas influências distintas. Violência e energia do Thrash, peso e crueza do Death, groove do Hardcore, precisão do técnico e alguns traços de brasileirismos para criar essa marreta sonora característica que continua o trabalho começado em Empire of Self-Regard (2017) de arrancar a sua medula espinhal!

Recorded between august 2019 and february 2020, Sick and Insane is themed around human

vices, relationships, idolatry, afterlife and society’s path towards self-destruction. After a long period

of pre-production the album evokes what each members brought to the table through their musical

background. Thrash metal’s violence and energy, Death metal’s heaviness and rawness, Hardcore’s

groove, technical precision and some hints of Brazilian regional music to create a characteristic

sledgehammer of sound continuing the work started in Empire of Self-Regard (2017) to rip your spinal cord off!
