Punishment Park was founded by Kjell E. Moberg at the end of the year 1990.



Punishment Park music was closely related to punk rock, but the band added a very melodic line to the music. Where they pulled in elements of other genres that made their song material unique and differentiated from other similar artists.



Punishment Park released three albums and one EP between 1990 and 2000.



Tracks from Punishment Park can be found on numerous compilation cassettes, vinyl records and cd's around the world.



Punishment Park toured with great success in Europe throughout the period the band played together.
