First patch with my new Intellijel 7U 84hp case that I've dubbed 'The Soundscape Machine'. The idea of this case is to focus on, utilising the Rainmaker and samplers/granular to create interesting soundscapes and for studying tricky modules!
Patch notes:
Noise Tools Main clock out (random/v.slow) and multed to Stages for env, Voltage Block clock in, and Disting delay clock in. Voltage Block rnd sequence into Plaits v/oct. Main out of Plaits into 2hp VCA with Env from Stages, from VCA into Rainmaker, then out to Pico DSP (Reverb). Plaits AUX out into Cinnamon filter HP with High resonance creating glitchy sounds via random from noise tools. Morphagene pad sound direct to mixer (Mixup). Assimil8or playing back earlier recordings and a bass sample which was triggered by 2hp Rnd gate output at very slow rate setting.
Recorded direct to DAW. Some compression and limiting was added in post.
